Order Terms, Cake Policies & Pickup Information

Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order with Misri Desserts. By placing an order, you agree to all policies listed below.

Order Confirmation & Availability

  • Only paid orders are considered confirmed.
  • Custom cakes must be ordered at least 4 days in advance.
  • Standard cakes and desserts are available with 24 hours notice.

Allergies & Dietary Information

  • If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.
  • While we offer eggless cakes and desserts and can accommodate requests, we are not an allergen-free facility.

Pickup Time Slots

  • Orders will be ready based on your selected pickup time slot at checkout.
  • Each slot is 30 minutes and is the only guaranteed pickup window.
  • If delayed, please call us in advance so we can try to assist.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to cake size or flavour must be made at least 72 hours before pickup.
  • Cancelled orders can be redeemed as store credit within 3 months of the original date.

Liability Policy

  • Responsibility is limited to the total order value.
  • Misri Desserts is not responsible for cake handling after pickup.

Cake Details & Portions

  • Standard cakes are 2-layered cakes.
  • Buttercream cakes typically serve more portions than fresh cream cakes.

Custom Cake Orders

  • Choose from our custom cake designs available on the website.
  • For unique designs, submit your request via our custom cake form or contact us directly.

Pickup & Cake Care Instructions

  • Call 5 minutes before arrival.
  • Pickup location: 349 Rathburn Road West, Mississauga (pickup only, not a retail store).
  • Always keep cakes on a flat, stable surface during transport.
  • Keep cream cakes refrigerated until use.
  • Let buttercream cakes sit at room temperature before cutting.
  • Avoid direct heat, especially for outdoor events—bring cakes out only when ready to serve.
